We are militant about ingredient quality. In fact, as far as we’re concerned, there’s only one grade of quality and that’s the best we can buy. We don’t like machinery. That’s why we stick to the hand-made approach on chopping boards – we have nothing against robots, we just think they’re better at making cars than sandwiches!
We recycle everything possible and use packaging from certified forests, and we hate to see wasted food!
